What’s Up? is a very easy to use mental health app, free for Android and iOS.
Using methods of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), What’s Up? provides you with coping strategies to manage your worries.
It offers instant help to calm you down, for example when you suddenly feel anxious or have a panic attack. You can keep notes; write your progress in the app’s diary or keeping track of positive and negative habits. You can also find psycho-education and information on anger, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and stress.
