App of the month: SAM App

SAM App can help you to understand and manage anxiety; it is free to download for Android and iOS. SAM App helps you to monitor your thoughts and behaviors over time, through self-help exercises and private reflection.

The app has been developed in collaboration with the University of West England, Bristol, and was names one of 2018’s Best App For Anxiety by Healthline.
