This is a 4-week course for people suffering with insomnia. You will be given information about insomnia, sleep hygiene and techniques to cope with racing mind, rumination and worries that keep you awake. This course is based on 4 week sleep restriction plan, where we help you to calculate sleep efficieny and goal setting. You will work with a personal sleep diary which you are expected to complete at home. The group is interactive however you do not have to share personal problems.
