This 4 session course aims to introduce you to “5 ways to wellbeing”. This is the wellbeing equivalent to the government five fruit and veg a day advice. The 5 ways to wellbeing include connectedness, be active, take notice, learn and give. You can bring a friend or family member to this course if you wish.
