The Women’s Self-Confidence course runs for 5 consecutive weeks for 2 hours per week. It runs several times a year, either in the evening or day time. The format of the group is interactive and participative involving a mixture of taught sessions, and individual, small and whole group exercises/tasks which are creative and enjoyable. The course offers members the opportunity to explore what self esteem and confidence means to them and is an ‘introduction to self-confidence’. This course is normally for people who have finished receiving face to face individual therapeutic work and you cannot usually refer yourself directly to this course.
