As you will be aware, the primary care mental health services provided by NuTH and Newcastle Talking Therapies (NTT) have undertaken an integration process to provide a single service, as of 1 April 2016.
Talking Helps Newcastle provides the same range of psychological therapies as was available before the integration, including counselling, CBT, psychological therapy and other NICE-approved psychological interventions.
The integrated service is contactable via a Single Point of Access to the combined team at 0191 282 6600. You can refer your patients directly via this referral form link.
We are keen to continue to incorporate your views within the service development. We would be very pleased to arrange a practice visit to discuss your views, and to provide more information about the service and the types of therapies available. Feel free to post queries, suggestions, or comments to firstname.lastname@example.org.
