Talking Helps Newcastle are working hard to follow government and NHS guidelines aimed at preventing the spread of COVID-19 as far as possible. This means that we are not able to offer face-to-face appointments or group treatments. We will continue to offer telephone appointments.
We understand this may be frustrating and not what you expected. We are doing this to help contain the further spread of COVID-19. It will also help us to safeguard the vulnerable populations we work with. We expect the situation to remain the same for a while, potentially 2-3 months.
