With effect from 17th January 2022
Talking Helps Newcastle are continuing to follow government and NHS guidelines aimed at preventing the spread of COVID-19 as far as possible. This means that we are currently unable to routinely offer face-to-face appointments or group treatments. We are offering all appointments by telephone or video link and we have found that this is working very well for most people.
We understand that this may be frustrating and not what you expected. We are doing this to help contain the further spread of COVID-19. It will also help us to safeguard the vulnerable populations we work with. We are currently working to increase the number of face-to-face appointments we can offer.
